It depends on which option you choose.
Packages that are sent with Standard Shipping usually take 15 to 45 working days, whereas Premium Shipping will provide an estimated delivery time from 7 to 15 working days.

How do I place an Order?
  1. Click on the desired product.
  2. Select a size/color, if applicable.
  3. Click the Buy button.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 for each item you’d like to purchase.
  5. When you’re ready to place your order, go to your cart.
  6. Review and verify your shipping address and payment method by clicking on Edit under Shipping.
  7. Review and confirm the items in your cart.
  8. If you have a promo code you want to use, enter it to apply it to the order.
  9. Click Checkout under Order Summary on the right side of the page.

Congratulations—you’ve just placed an order! A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your Wish account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our  Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking information. Items may be arriving in separate packages, but we’ll email you each time one ships. We’ll also notify you of any delays if an issue arises with your order. Track Order Page

How Can I Return a Product?
  1. Sign in to your Onworktable account.
  2. Go to your Orders page and look for the order you would like to return.
  3. Click the Refunds/Returns button.
  4. Follow prompts to complete your request.
  5. Some items are required to be returned in order to get a refund. For these, you will receive a Return Label Email. Make sure that your returned item and Order Number are both included in the box before shipping. When we receive your returned product we will process your refund.
